There are several enhancements that I have asked for through both the RFE process and my SE. I have not had much luck in even confirming they have been received. Has anyone successfull used the RFE process? If so what is the trick?

Running checkpoint 4.0 on Nokia box with IPSO 3.2.1-fcs1 releng 849 11.24.1999-102644 i386. The FWD deamon is been stoped every one hour approxamatly, what could be the problem. Thanks in advance
