Violated Unidirectional Connection

We have recently installed a citrix on two sites using which passes to a NG3 firewall. We opened Winframe TCP port 1494, TCP port 1604 and UDP port 1604. But when the clients connect it receives an error message that it cannot connect to the Citrix Metaframe server and when we checked the log on the Smartview tracker it was able to encrypt a data to the two servers it was communicating with but is being dropped with the error message Violated Unidirectional Connection error. Any ideas would help please...

Hi!

we've also encountered this problem.
But it was only with UDP>33400 Packets.
Everytime a user tried to umount a nfs share he got a timeout.
Meanwhile there was a "violated unidirectional..." entry in the FW-log.

Reason for the error message was:
the nfs umount is using dest-port udp 33400. This port matches also the traceroute object "uh_dport > 33000, ip_ttl
