We want to use SR NG AI R55 to open a client to site VPN with a VPN-1 4.1 gw managed by a SmartCenter NG AI R55.

Hybrid Mode was enabled from the Global Properties.

Users created are using SecurID as Authentication scheme.

From the SR, we open create the topology by using a user with a static password. Then we used "set password" and we entered the dynamic password.

When we attempt to ping a host in the encryption domain we obtain the pop-up "IKE is not defined for this user".

FYI, when the same GW is managed by a VPN-1 4.1 Management Module, the same SR NG AI R55 succeed in using the dynamic password.
