SR does not work on broadband

My securemote works fine when I tried using dial up adapter. But when trying to make use of broadband (DSL) it allows me to auth but fail to access my coperate network. I am very sure my network card is fine as I does face any proble when I am in my own country using broadband but it failed when I am away from mu country. Why????

maybe because you're using same subnet behind dsl, or you have to activate nat traversal tunneling on option of sr.


try to show error logged on "firewall vpn gateway".

Many DSL routers have issues with SecuRemote. Upgrading your router to the latest firmware often helps. If all else fails, try another router.


I use a Netgear DG814 which does not work with the out-of-box firmware, but does work with updated firmware.
