Please help. My firewall is in version 4.1 under Nokia IPSO.
My policy is like this:-
Soure Destination Service
1) Server A/User B User B/Server A UDP port 7002
2) Any Any Drop
User B started video streaming and Server A can push the data towards User B at the udp port 7002 under rule 1
However, after 15 minutes, my firewall stop letting the streaming data put through and dropped these packet under rule 2. No more data can pass through firewall outgoing interface towards User B.
I have changed the TCP session timer from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. However it does not help and firewall still drops packet after 15 minutes.
