OK, the support guy that was helping me recover from my failed management server upgrade got an upgrade_import file to me that he reconstructed from the Objects.C and Rules.C on my (still functioning) Nokia module.
I did a clean install of NG R55 on my (reformatted) management server and ran upgrade_import with no errors. Restarting with cpstart reports no errors, but when I try and connect with SmartDashboard I get the error "Internal Error [15] while handling object.".
Using GuiDbEdit, I can see everything but looking at my fw_policies then ##<mypolicy> I can't seem to find the reference reported as in error. For what it's worth, the object that has the invalid reference to it is "MSEcxhangeDS". This does exist in the Services table.
