Static NAT for External VPN Addresses

I am looking for answers on how to configure a Static NAT for my External Site-to-Site VPN Addresses.  The purpose is so that I do not have to route External Addresses on my Internal Network.  Here are my configurations:

2 Nokia 440s running IPSO 3.7.1 & CheckPoint NG FP3 w SHA_318 as Active and Failover Modes.

Let's say, 10.0.0.80 is my External VPN Source Address, and 192.168.1.10 is my Internal Destination Address.  And let's say that I want to use 172.16.250.80 as the NAT for 10.0.0.80.  How do I configure the CheckPoint and Nokias in order to make this happen?  And does it make any difference if the External VPN Source Addresses are part of an encryption domain?  Thanks for your help.
