Is there a way to "split/separate" the ms from the ep?

Current config:

One NT box running ms & ep, ng-fp2.

Would like to have 2 win2K boxes, one ms, one ep, ng-fp2.

Then upgrade from there to ng-ai-r55.

Ideas?
