OK, I just upgraded my Win2K management server to NG R55 from FP2.  Reading the FAQ on Phoneboy (and in seaching on Google) this seems resolveable.  Unfortunately, I can't seem to resolve it.  I ran the command:

cp_merge import_policy -f old_policy.W -n myPolicy

And got the "Not in Scope" message.  What now?  Am I totally hosed?  Thanks in advance for any help you all can provide!
