I just moved to my new house, and got WOW! cable modem access. When I setup my computer, I can no longer connect with Secure Client to my office. We're running Checkpoint NG AI R54 on a Nokia IP350. I have about 50 other secure client users running around using routers, DSL, cable modems, Sprint Wireless internet cards, and dial-up and they can all connect to the office. I get a weird 'Virtual Defragmation Error' saying 3 fragments droped from my firewall to my home IP (according to Secure Client's log).
Sure as heck sounds like WOW! cable is blocking some ports or doing Nat'ing. I tried using 'force UDP encapsulation' and 'IKE over TCP' in secure client but I get the same results. Anyone have anything else I can try? I think it's just great that the firewall admin has the one ISP we can't get to work.
