I have looked and looked. Read and tried...but maybe I am just stupid or something!!! Please help. I am at home on a cable modem network...with a Netgear rt311. with private addresses 192.168.150.xxx. I have one laptop which is xxx.xxx.xxx.21. It has secure client on it. I try to ping a server (at work behind a Nokia330 Checkpoint 4.x box) and I can not ping it. I kill the secure client and I can ping fine. start the s/w and can not ping. Authenticate and can not ping. Now, I change the SUA on my netgear for the default (from 0.0.0.0 to 192.168.150.21) and it all pings great. So, I read like crazy everywhere and add the following ports 500,264,259,51,50,2746,18234 with the IP address 192.168.150.21. Change the default back to 0.0.0.0 and nothing works again. I know this is a port thing but I just don't know what/which ones/ to muck with. What the hell am I doing wrong????
